The host tools button (a little shield) can be seen below (if you can’t see it either click on the more button (…) or make the window bigger.

If you are hosting and you can make the window bigger do so.

Key tools

1. Enable waiting room.

2. Allow all participants to:

  • Chat.
  • Rename themselves.
  • Share Docs
  • Share Whiteboards
  • Share Notes
  • Set Meeting timers
  • Collaborate with Zoom Apps

3. Suspend participant activities.
