Starting a Zoom Meeting

  1. Navigate to https://zoom.us
  2. Click the Sign in Link (Above the Orange Arrow)

  3. Enter Email address & Password (Provided by Support)
    We have two channels A & B each has its own email address, if you can’t find your meeting you may have the wrong email address.
  4. Click on Meetings (Left of Orange Arrow)

  5. Hover over your Meeting (Left of Orange Arrow)
  6. Click Start (Above Orange Arrow)

This will start your meeting.

Zoom Ask’s for a Code!

Please try the following:

  1. Open Private/Incognito Browser Window (if using Chrome Ctrl+Shift+N)
  2. Navigate to https://gmail.com
  3. Enter the username which is used to login into Zoom.
  4. Enter the password which is used to login into Zoom.
  5. Look for email in the inbox (from Zoom) containing the code.
  6. Switch back to the Zoom Login page (which is asking for the code) and Enter the Code.

Why does this happen!?

Simply put Zoom is trying to protect the account we use, from somebody trying to hijack it! As we share this account between people & meetings the locations its been accessed from can appear suspicious (this is not a particular person or meeting).
