Dress Code
It’s a ‘dress up if you want to’ event ☺, but relaxed/casual attire is very welcome too.

Schedule
At the time of going to press, the proposed schedule is:
6:30pm Doors Open
7:00pm Quiz
7:00pm Outdoor Meeting (weather permitting)
8:00pm Food
9:00pm Raffle
9:15pm Disco
Midnight Close
Venue Address
All activities and times are subject to change.

Parking
There is a small car park on the grounds of the venue but these spaces are likely to be taken by those with accessibility needs, loading/unloading and people doing service earlier in the day. Please park in neighbouring streets and we’d be very grateful if you could be mindful that this is a residential area.

Public Transport
Long Ashton is served by the X7/X7a and X9 bus routes. The closest stop is at Lovelinch Gardens, a 4-minute walk from the community centre. Bus times and journey planning available here: Journey Planner

Dietary Requirements
We will provide two meal options: meat and vegan. If you have other dietary requirements please make arrangements to bring your own food.

Can I bring non-alcoholic family members?
Yes, providing they have tickets.

Can I bring my children?
We have no amenities or safeguarding measures in place for children. Anyone who is under 18 remains the responsibility of their accompanying adult at all times. Each child will need to have a full price ticket.

Anonymity
Anonymity will be protected at the level of press, radio and films. Some non AA members may attend the event and people should assume a similar level of anonymity as would be offered at an ‘open’ AA meeting.

Smoking & Vaping
Please only smoke or vape in the designated outdoor areas.
